Common use of CSC Option Granted in Fiscal Year 2016 Clause in Contracts

CSC Option Granted in Fiscal Year 2016. Each outstanding CSC Option granted in fiscal year 2016 held by a CSC Group Employee or Former CSC Group Employee shall be converted on the Distribution Date into an Adjusted CSC Employee Option, subject to the same terms and conditions after the Effective Time as the terms and conditions applicable to the corresponding CSC Option immediately prior to the Effective Time, and shall be adjusted pursuant to Section 4.2(c)(i) and (iii) above. Each outstanding CSC Option granted in fiscal year 2016 held by a Computer Sciences GS Employee at the Effective Time shall be converted into a Computer Sciences GS Employee Option, subject to terms and conditions after the Effective Time that are substantially similar to the terms and conditions applicable to the corresponding CSC Option immediately prior to the Effective Time, and shall be adjusted pursuant to Section 4.2(c)(ii) and (iv) above.

CSC Option Granted in Fiscal Year 2016. Each outstanding CSC Option granted in fiscal year 2016 held by a CSC Group Employee or Former CSC Group Employee shall be converted on the Distribution Date into an Adjusted CSC Employee Option, subject to the same terms and conditions after the Effective Time as the terms and conditions applicable to the corresponding CSC Option immediately prior to the Effective Time, and shall be adjusted pursuant to Section 4.2(c)(i4.2(e)(i) and (iii) abovebelow. Each outstanding CSC Option granted in fiscal year 2016 held by a Computer Sciences GS Group Employee at the Effective Time shall be converted into a Computer Sciences GS Employee Option, subject to terms and conditions after the Effective Time that are substantially similar to the terms and conditions applicable to the corresponding CSC Option immediately prior to the Effective Time, and shall be adjusted pursuant to Section 4.2(c)(ii4.2(e)(ii) and (iv) abovebelow.

Each outstanding CSC Option granted in fiscal year 2016 held by a Computer Sciences GS CSRA Group Employee at the Effective Time shall be converted into a Computer Sciences GS CSRA Employee Option, subject to terms and conditions after the Effective Time that are substantially similar to the terms and conditions applicable to the corresponding CSC Option immediately prior to the Effective Time, and shall be adjusted pursuant to Section 4.2(c)(ii4.2(d)(ii) and (iv) abovebelow.
