CS MACD Clause Samples

The CS MACD (Customer Service Move, Add, Change, Delete) clause defines the procedures and responsibilities for making modifications to services or equipment under a contract. It typically outlines how requests for moves, additions, changes, or deletions of services should be submitted, the timelines for processing such requests, and any associated costs or limitations. For example, a customer may request to add a new phone line, relocate existing equipment, or discontinue a service, and the clause will specify how these changes are managed. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear and structured process for handling service adjustments, ensuring both parties understand their obligations and reducing the risk of disputes or service interruptions.
