Common use of CRP Clause in Contracts

CRP. The Buyer acknowledges that Buyer is familiar with the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) and the manner in which it is administered by the Farm Service Agency of the United States Department of Agriculture. Seller retains all of the Landlord's rights for the current crop year 2020, including governmental payments. The Buyer hereby promises to continue participation in the Conservation Reserve Program, agreeing to the terms and conditions contained in the Conservation Plan developed for this Property together with the terms and conditions set forth in Conservation Reserve Program Contract No. 10075 (10.7 acres; expires 9/30/23) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (7.5 acres; expires 9/30/29). Buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless Seller from all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses and costs arising from Buyer's breach of or failure to perform the CRP Contract.
