CRP. The Buyer acknowledges that Buyer is familiar with the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) and the manner in which it is administered by the Farm Service Agency of the United States Department of Agriculture. Seller retains all of the Landlord's rights for the current crop year 2020, including governmental payments. The Buyer hereby promises to continue participation in the Conservation Reserve Program, agreeing to the terms and conditions contained in the Conservation Plan developed for this Property together with the terms and conditions set forth in Conservation Reserve Program Contract No. 10075 (10.7 acres; expires 9/30/23) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (7.5 acres; expires 9/30/29). CRP a. CONTRACTOR shall deliver Crisis Residential Services (CRS) and mental health services to SMI TAY and their support system, when appropriate, as identified by COUNTY as eligible for these services.
b. CONTRACTOR shall assess individuals to determine whether potential Clients meet the following criteria, unless written exception is granted by ADMINISTRATOR:
CRP. ▇▇▇▇▇ and his heirs, assigns and successors in interest agrees to abide by the terms of the Conservatino Reserve Program contract with the USDA. ▇▇▇▇▇, and ▇▇▇▇▇’s heirs, assigns and successors, agree to defend, indemnify and hold Seller harmless for any repayment, penalty or other action by the USDA for ▇▇▇▇▇'s breach of the CRP contract. This provision shall survive the closing.
CRP. Buyers shall agree to continue in any CRP or other conservation programs currently existing upon the Real Estate. Buyers shall provide evidence to Seller post closing of Buyers’ signing to continue with enrollment in said programs. In the event Buyers violate the programs causing Seller to be responsible for any repayment or penalty, then Buyers shall indemnify and hold harmless Seller for any and all penalty or cost, regarding said conservation programs. This paragraph shall survive closing until such time as Buyers have completed signup enrollment for continuing said conservation programs.
