Common use of Critical Dates Clause in Contracts

Critical Dates. The OWRD Critical Date, OHA Critical Date, Chlorination Critical Date, Reservoir Acquisition Critical Date, Reservoir Permit Critical Date, Reservoir Design Commencement Critical Date and the Reservoir Design Completion Critical Date are sometimes referred to herein, collectively, as the “Critical Dates” and, individually, as a “Critical Date” and the obligations to be performed by a Critical Date are sometimes referred to herein, collectively, as the “Critical Date Obligations” and, individually, as a “Critical Date Obligation. The Parties recognize that fulfilling the Section 8 Critical Date Obligations is partially or wholly beyond the City’s control and both Parties agree to work cooperatively to achieve these dates to the maximum extent practicable.
