Critical Application. Customer will not use the IVR system for any life-support application or other critical application where failure or potential failure of the IVR system can cause injury, harm, death, or other grave problems, including, without limitation, loss of aircraft control, hospital life-support system, and delays in getting medicate care or other emergency services.
