Criminal Misconduct a. The commission of any felony crime, regardless of location or time, that is or may be work related, which may impair the employee’s ability to perform their duties, or which is so disruptive to the work relationship between the Employer and the employee or the employee and their coworkers that the Employing Official feels compelled to terminate the employee rather than tolerate the disruptions and inefficiencies that continued employment may cause.

A capitalized term used in this Attachment shall have the meaning given the term in the Contract or in the Attachments to the Contract, unless otherwise defined herein. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Attachment and the provisions of the Contract, this Attachment shall control.

Pursuant to T.A.C. 25 § 703.20, RECIPIENT certifies that its board of directors, governing body, or similar has adopted and enforces a Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds all of the following minimum standards:
