Crimes. Any felonies or crimes of the Servicer, either Guarantor, Borrowers or any Affiliates of the Borrowers or any of their principals and/or equity owners thereof, or any willful violation of any laws or legal requirements by any of the foregoing relating to the business, property or assets of the Servicer, either Guarantor, the Borrowers or any Affiliates of a Borrower;
