No Delegation. The Asset Representations Reviewer may not delegate or subcontract its obligations under this Agreement to any Person without the consent of the Issuer, the Sponsor and the Servicer.
No Delegation. Neither party may delegate any performance under this agreement, except with the prior written consent of the other party.
No Delegation. The Primary Servicer shall not delegate or subcontract any of its duties under this Section 5.13 under any circumstances, notwithstanding any provisions of this Agreement that otherwise authorizes the Primary Servicer to delegate its obligations under this Agreement.
No Delegation. Agency shall not assign or delegate any portion of the performance of the Services under this Agreement to any third party over which Agency does not have direct control and supervision without the express written consent of Client. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Agency may use its own employees or contractors retained by Agency to perform the collection services on Referred Accounts.
No Delegation. No participation or sub-participation shall operate as a delegation of any duty of the seller thereof. Under no circumstances shall any participation or sub-participation be deemed a novation in respect of all or any part of the seller's obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
No Delegation. The Executive shall not delegate his employment obligations under this Agreement to any other person.
No Delegation. No provision of this Agreement shall be construed as a delegation by the Authority of any of its statutory authority to any other Party.
No Delegation. The Employee shall not delegate the Employee’s employment obligations under this Agreement to any other person.
No Delegation. Neither the Company nor the Executive shall delegate its or his obligations pursuant to this Agreement to any other person, except as provided in Paragraph 8 hereof.
No Delegation. All cases of attempted, suspected or proven fraud, irrespective of the amount involved, must be reported by the Birmingham Organising Committee to the Department as soon as it is discovered. (see the ‘Government Functional Standard, GovS013 Counter Fraud, Oct 2018’)
