Crew Superintendent. Effective the first full pay period following Board of Supervisors approval, an employee regularly assigned to perform as a Crew Superintendent shall be eligible to receive a bi- weekly differential equivalent to 12.5% of the top step Firefighter level (i.e., $318.92). The Crew Superintendent shall oversee all wildland operations in special operations including, but not limited to, paid crews, inmate crews, and dozer programs.
