Creditor. Valley Farmers Supply is a creditor for disclosure purposes of the Consumer Credit Protection Act. This agreement may be assigned for collection, and upon its acceptance, I will receive monthly statements indicating that another entity is assignee, creditor or holder of this agreement and my debt.
