Common use of Creditable Earnings Clause in Contracts

Creditable Earnings. The Parties hereby agree that the Board makes no representations regarding the creditable earnings status with respect to any compensation received by the Department Chair pursuant to the terms of this Contract. Any and all determinations regarding creditable earnings, creditable service and related TRS issues shall be made by TRS and, where applicable, a court of competent jurisdiction.

Creditable Earnings. The Parties hereby agree that the Board makes no representations regarding the creditable earnings status with respect to any compensation received by the Department Chair Assistant Principal pursuant to the terms of this Contract. Any and all determinations regarding creditable earnings, creditable service and related TRS issues shall be made by TRS and, where applicable, a court of competent jurisdiction.

The Parties hereby agree agree, that the Board makes no representations regarding the creditable earnings status with respect to any compensation received by the Department Chair Athletic Director, pursuant to the terms of this Contract. The Parties parties hereby agree that the Governing Board makes no representations representation regarding the creditable earnings earning status with respect to any compensation received by the Department Chair Director pursuant to the terms of this ContractContract Extension. Any and all determinations regarding creditable earnings, creditable service service, and related TRS issues shall be made by TRS and, and where applicable, a court of competent jurisdiction.

Creditable Earnings. The Parties hereby agree that the Board makes no representations regarding the creditable earnings status with respect to any compensation received by the Department Chair Special Education Coordinator pursuant to the terms of this Contract. Any and all determinations regarding creditable earnings, creditable service and related TRS issues shall be made by TRS and, where applicable, a court of competent jurisdiction.

Creditable Earnings. The Parties hereby agree that the Board makes no representations regarding the creditable earnings status with respect to any compensation received by the Department Chair Director/CSBO pursuant to the terms of this Contract. Any and all determinations regarding creditable earnings, creditable service and related TRS issues shall be made by TRS and, where applicable, a court of competent jurisdiction.
