Common use of Credit Review Clause in Contracts

Credit Review. You are subject to satisfactory credit review by the Bank from time to time, at the Bank’s sole option and discretion, and in accordance with the Bank’s established credit criteria. You shall, upon the Bank’s request, provide to the Bank any such credit-related information and assistance as the Bank may require to perform any such review. Failure of you to meet such standards in the sole discretion of the Bank or to provide such information or assistance when requested shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall permit the Bank to terminate this Agreement.
