Common use of Credit Reports and Other Information Clause in Contracts

Credit Reports and Other Information. You authorize the Clearing Agent Group and your Brokerage Firm, in its or their sole discretion, to make or obtain reports concerning your credit standing and business conduct. You may make a written request for a description of the nature and scope of the reports made or obtained by the Clearing Agent Group and the same will be provided to you within a reasonable period of time. You further agree to provide the Clearing Agent Group and/or your Brokerage Firm, on request, with such additional information or certification as may be required by Clearing Agent Group of Applicable Laws.
