Common use of Credit for Project Work Clause in Contracts

Credit for Project Work. In order to compensate PURCHASER for Project Work that PURCHASER agrees to complete under Section 2610, "Project Work," of this Contract, STATE agrees to credit PURCHASER's timber account in the sum of $283,287.20 upon completion of and STATE's acceptance of all work, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE.

Credit for Project Work. In order to compensate PURCHASER for Project Work project work that PURCHASER agrees to complete under Section 2610the section titled, "“Project Work," ” of this Contractcontract, STATE agrees to credit PURCHASER's ’s timber account in the sum of $283,287.20 24,910 upon completion of and STATE's ’s acceptance of all work, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE.
