Credit for Amounts Paid Under Other Agreements. Party B and Party A are or may be parties to certain other agreements (collectively, the “Business Cooperation Agreements”), some or all of which may require certain payments to be made by Party A to Party B in consideration for services, equipment or other items of value provided by Party B to Party A. The Parties agree that any and all such amounts may be (a) separately paid by Party A to Party B and accordingly counted as expenses of Party A, reducing Party A’s Net Profit; or (b) included in the aggregate Net Profit of Party A and not separately paid to Party B.
