Common use of Credit and Debit Balances Clause in Contracts

Credit and Debit Balances. Whenever there is a credit balance in your Account, the credit balance need not be segregated or held separately. A credit balance may be commingled with our general funds and used for the purposes of our business. You will rely only on our liability in respect of the credit balance. Any debit balance in your Account shall bear interest at such rate as we shall establish from time to time for our customers generally, and we are not obliged to notify you of any change in such rate.
