Credibility of data and documents. The Parties agree to accept all data and documents in the electronic data exchange system as official and credible data and documents of the Parties. If similar documents or data in subject exists in hard copy version or in different electronic system (e.g. in e-mail) Parties agree to accept the ones stored in the electronic data exchange system as primary ones.
