Common use of Creation of the Trust Clause in Contracts

Creation of the Trust. The Trust was created pursuant to the Original Trust Agreement and is hereby continued. As set forth in the Original Trust Agreement, the Trust shall be known as “Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006‑11.” The purpose of the Trust is, and the Trust shall have the power and authority, to engage in the following activities, all as provided by and subject to the terms of this Agreement:
