Creation of Easements. Create, or permit any Individual Property or any part thereof to become subject to, any easement, license or restrictive covenant, other than a Permitted Encumbrance. Without limiting the generality of the immediately preceding sentence, no Borrower shall enter into, consent to, grant, amend, modify, restate or supplement any document, instrument or agreement affecting, related to or impacting upon any Individual Property, the title thereto or any portion or aspect thereof, including, without limitation, any easement, reciprocal easement agreement, or any declaration of easements or covenants other than a Permitted Encumbrance.
