Cranes. The Steelmaking Crane line of progression is a vertical one and people progress and regress through this line based on their job seniority. In the Rolling Mill and the Shipping Crane lines of pro- gression people progress and regress through these lines based on the application of their job seniority to oper- ate a specific crane. The current lines of progression are illustrated in this Collective Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the three crane lines of progression shall operate in the manner described below.
