Crane operator premium Sample Clauses

The crane operator premium clause establishes an additional payment or rate for work performed by crane operators, above the standard wage or contract amount. This clause typically applies when specialized skills or certifications are required to operate cranes, or when the work involves increased risk or responsibility. By specifying a premium, the clause ensures that crane operators are fairly compensated for their expertise and the unique demands of their role, helping to attract qualified personnel and address the higher risks associated with crane operation.
