Common use of CPM Progress Schedule Updates Clause in Contracts

CPM Progress Schedule Updates. THE LAST PARAGRAPH IS CHANGED TO: If the project falls behind schedule for nonexcusable delays, so that the schedule indicates that the Work will not be completed by the Completion date, as specified in 108.10, take the necessary steps to improve progress. Under such circumstances, the RE may direct the Contractor to increase the number of shifts, begin overtime operations, work extra days including weekends and holidays, and supplement its construction plant. Furthermore, the RE may require the Contractor to submit for approval a recovery schedule showing how the Contractor proposes to meet the directed acceleration.
