Inspection Equipment. The Township will provide the following equipment to inspection employees in the Building Department: Hard hats Tape measures Knee high boots Gas Sniffer (Mechanical Inspector) Electrical testers (as needed) Flash lights Rain Jackets The following conditions shall apply: Batteries for all pager, flash lights, testers, etc. shall be provided for and recycled by all inspectors. Lost or damaged items due to mistreatment or neglect shall be the responsibility of the inspector. Worn items will be replaced as required by the Township. Employees will be required to wear hard hats on all job sites which are posted as “hard hat areas” or otherwise required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Boots shall be removed prior to entering a structure. Boots shall be stored in a manner to protect the interior of the vehicle. The Township shall provide suitable containers.
Inspection Equipment. The City has elected to have the Company provide the equipment (“Equipment”) and services set forth in Schedule B. City understands the full monthly cost of the Equipment will be deducted from Collections as more fully described in Schedule A.

Inspection Equipment. The supplier is obligated to equip himself with inspection equipment which allows him to check all product characteristics. If an external company is used for inspections, it must be appropriately accredited. Where necessary, appropriate inspection equipment and inspection methods should be matched between the supplier and Scherzinger Pump Technology.

Inspection Equipment. IEPA shall have the absolute right to approve all inspection equipment prior to and during its use including any modification thereto. All Inspections performed hereunder shall be conducted by properly certified Inspectors with the use of the Workstation and in strict compliance with accepted test protocols as established by Applus and IEPA.
Inspection Equipment. Applus shall provide a Workstation to POIS in accordance with Section 4.9 above. Applus shall provide all expertise, labor and materials required to design, develop, assemble, and test the Workstation. The delivered Workstation shall include all hardware, interconnects, cables, and software (third party and custom- developed software) necessary for its proper operation. Applus shall not be required to supply vehicle cooling fans, facility modifications and any other instrumentation not herein set forth. Applus shall provide one copy per POIS of the Operating Manual for the Workstation. Applus may, from time to time, update the Operating Manual by issuing and delivering replacement and/or additional pages.
Inspection Equipment. Unless otherwise provided herein, POIS shall have and maintain ownership of the Workstation as provided herein. POIS shall also have a limited, non- exclusive, royalty-free license to use the non-hardware items of the Workstation (its software, documentation, and results) for vehicle inspections in Illinois.
Inspection Equipment. Landowner does not and shall not object to a certified National Rifle Association (“NRA”) chief range safety officer approved by BSA Council entering upon the Land for the purpose of inspecting the Land during or prior to the period set forth in section 1. BSA Council Parties may bring onto the Land reasonable amounts of equipment necessary to construct and operate a temporary shooting range. Landowner will not be responsible for the maintenance, storage, or security of said equipment.
