Common use of Covered Provider Clause in Contracts

Covered Provider. A “Covered Provider” is (1) a non-United States Provider that receives (other than pursuant to a direct contract or agreement with MCC) USD $300,000 or more of MCC Funding in any MCA-Vanuatu fiscal year or any other non-United States person or entity that receives (directly or indirectly) USD $300,000 or more of MCC Funding from any Provider in such fiscal year or (2) any United States Provider that receives (other than pursuant to a direct contract or agreement with MCC) USD $500,000 or more of MCC Funding in any MCA-Vanuatu fiscal year or any other United States person or entity that receives (directly or indirectly) USD $500,000 or more of MCC Funding from any Provider in such fiscal year.
