COVERED PROGRAMS. During the term of this Agreement, the Administrator, either directly or through its affiliates, shall provide to or perform for the Practice the services and activities specified below, but only in consultation with and under the supervision and direction of the Practice (“Covered Programs”): (a) Non-clinical Doctor-directed
COVERED PROGRAMS a. This chapter applies to: 1) Projects with mortgage insurance in force, including formerly coinsured mortgages.
COVERED PROGRAMS. Quest Diagnostics’ employees are reimbursed for a range of college-level programs/courses from fully accredited institutions (see School Accreditation) resulting in college credit. The educational programs/courses must relate to an employee’s current job, an established career within Quest Diagnostics, or must satisfy requirements toward the completion of a degree meeting these requirements (except as described in E below). The following types of courses and degree programs are reimbursable in the education assistance program: A. Individual Courses 1. Business-oriented, academic courses that relate to the employee’s current job or a possible future job with the company 2. Non-business, academic college-credit courses required as part of a degree 3. Non-business, academic courses related to the employee’s current job or career with Quest Diagnostics

COVERED PROGRAMS. 2.1. BH-ASO’s services apply to Members in BH-ASO’s Regional Service Area enrolled in the following benefit plans: Apple Health Integrated Managed Care, and Apple Health Behavioral Health Services Only.
COVERED PROGRAMS. (1) A program of engi- neering education supported with a grant award- ed pursuant to this section shall meet the re- quirements of this section. (2) Such a grant may be made for a program of education to be conducted at the undergraduate level, at the graduate level, or at both the un- dergraduate and graduate levels.

  • Third Party Programs This Licensed Software may contain third party software programs (“Third Party Programs”) that are available under open source or free software licenses. This License Agreement does not alter any rights or obligations You may have under those open source or free software licenses. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in such licenses, the disclaimer of warranties and the limitation of liability provisions in this License Agreement shall apply to such Third Party Programs.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • HEALTH PROGRAM 3701 Health examinations required by the Employer shall be provided by the Employer and shall be at the expense of the Employer. 3702 Time off without loss of regular pay shall be allowed at a time determined by the Employer for such medical examinations and laboratory tests, provided that these are performed on the Employer’s premises, or at a facility designated by the Employer. 3703 With the approval of the Employer, a nurse may choose to be examined by a physician of her/his own choice, at her/his own expense, as long as the Employer receives a statement as to the fitness of the nurse from the physician. 3704 Time off for medical and dental examinations and/or treatments may be granted and such time off, including necessary travel time, shall be chargeable against accumulated income protection benefits.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST ▇▇▇▇ MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3).
