Common use of Covered Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Covered Maintenance. (a) General nFront will provide the maintenance required to assure that the Software operates according to nFront's standard specifications. Such maintenance will be performed during the Basic Maintenance Period, and, if ss.9 of this Agreement applies, during the time periods specified therein.
