Common use of Covered Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Covered Maintenance. The maintenance costs covered by the Program shall be the costs (as more fully defined herein) of labor performed and materials used in the airframe, airframe component and engine line maintenance of the Covered Aircraft where the maintenance is performed as part of a maintenance program approved by Customer’s regulatory authority (Covered Maintenance).
