Coverage Upon Separation. An employee who separates from County employment is covered by his/her County health and/or dental plan through the last day of the month in which he/she separates. Employees who separate from County employment may continue group health and/or dental plan coverage to the extent provided by the COBRA laws and regulations.

Coverage Upon Separation. An employee who separates from CCCERA employment is covered by his/her CCCERA health and/or dental plan through the last day of the month in which he/she separates.   • Payment Upon Separation An employee or an employee's estate will be paid for:

The Employer can require an employee to obtain a medical examination, at Employer expense, from a licensed physician or licensed mental health professional of the Employer’s choice. Evidence may be requested from the licensed physician or licensed mental health professional regarding the employee’s limitations.

  • Vacation Pay Upon Termination When an employee in the bargaining unit is terminated for any reason, he/she shall be entitled to all vacation pay earned and accumulated up to and including the effective date of the termination.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.
