Pregnancy Prevention Sample Clauses

The Pregnancy Prevention clause establishes requirements or expectations regarding the avoidance of pregnancy during the course of a specific activity, such as participation in a clinical trial or certain employment roles. Typically, it may require individuals of childbearing potential to use approved contraceptive methods or undergo regular pregnancy testing to ensure compliance. This clause serves to protect the health and safety of participants and to mitigate risks associated with unintended pregnancies, particularly when exposure to certain substances or environments could be harmful to a developing fetus.
