Common use of Coverage Limitation Clause in Contracts

Coverage Limitation. Nothing contained in this Exhibit D is to be construed as limiting the extent of the Seller’s responsibility for payment of damages resulting from all operations, work and services to be performed by or on behalf of Seller under or in connection with this Agreement, or limiting, diminishing, or waiving Seller’s obligation to indemnify, defend, and save harmless the Insured Entities in accordance with this Agreement.
