Coverage Details. The insurance coverages under which MMSM is named as additional insured will be primary, and all coverage will be non-contributing with respect to any other insurance or self- insurance that may be maintained by MMSM. All coverage required by this Agreement will, where allowed by Applicable Law, include a waiver of subrogation and a waiver of any insured-versus- insured exclusion regarding MMSM.
