Coverage and Limits. Insurance coverage shall include the following policies and minimum coverage amounts: coverage shall be in the amount of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence, and five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) in the aggregate for on-site, under- site, or off-site bodily injury and property damage and regulatory fines as a result of pollution conditions which may arise from operations, performed pursuant to this Agreement.
