Covenants under Funding Loan Agreement. The Borrower will fully and faithfully perform all the duties and obligations which the Governmental Lender has covenanted and agreed in the Funding Loan Agreement to cause the Borrower to perform and any duties and obligations which the Borrower is required in the Funding Loan Agreement to perform. The foregoing will not apply to any duty or undertaking of the Governmental Lender which by its nature cannot be delegated or assigned.
