Covenants Not to Solicit Company Employees Confidential Information. (a) During the term of this Agreement and for a period of one year after the Date of Termination by the Company or the Executive for any reason, the Executive further agrees that the Executive shall not, in any manner, directly or indirectly, solicit any person who is an employee of the Company to apply for or accept employment with any competing business. The term "solicit" as used in this Agreement means any communication of any kind whatsoever, regardless of by whom initiated, inviting, encouraging or requesting any person or entity to take or refrain from taking any action.
