Cease Payments. In the event that the Executive breaches any material provision of this Article 6, the Company’s obligation to make or provide payments or benefits under Article 3 will cease, to the extent not already paid or provided.
Cease Payments. In the event that the Executive materially breaches any of Section 7(a), 7(b) or 7(c), the Company’s obligation to make or provide payments or benefits under Section 4 or 6 shall cease; provided, however, this will not in any way preclude the Company from seeking specific performance of this Agreement by a temporary restraining order, injunctive relief or for any other damages at law or in equity to which the Company may be entitled.
Cease Payments. In the event that Executive materially breaches Section 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 or 7.4, the Company’s obligation to make or provide payments or benefits under Section 5 will cease.
Cease Payments. In the event of a breach or threatened breach of this Section 10 by Executive, the Company’s obligation to make or provide payments or benefits under Section 8 will cease. Such remedies and the remedies described in Section 10(g) above shall be in addition to all other rights and remedies available to the Company and its affiliates, at law and equity.

In the event that Executive materially breaches the Company’s Confidential Information, Invention Assignment, and Arbitration Agreement the Company’s obligation to make or provide payments or benefits under Section 8 will cease. Further, the Company shall have the right upon written notice (which may be in electronic form) to reclaim and receive from the Executive the gross amount of any payments provided under Section 8, and any such return of such payments by the Executive which requires action on the part of the Executive shall be made within five (5) business days following receipt of written demand therefore.
Cease Payments. In the event that Employee breaches Section 8(a), 8(b) or 8(c), Employer’s obligation to make or provide payments or benefits under Section 5 or 6 shall cease, to the extent not already paid or provided.
Cease Payments. In the event that you breach Section 7(a), 7(b) or 7(c), Centennial’s obligation to make or provide payments or benefits under Section 4 or 5 shall cease, to the extent not already paid or provided.
Cease Payments. In the event that the Employee breaches Section 5(a), 5(b) or 5(c), the Company's obligation to make or provide payments or benefits under Section 4 shall cease and any payments made thereunder shall be repaid by the Employee.
Cease Payments. In the event of a breach of this Section 10 by Executive, the Company’s obligation to make or provide payments or benefits under Section 8 will cease.
Cease Payments. In the event that Consultant breaches Section 6(a) or 6(b), the Company’s obligation to make or provide payments or benefits under Section 4 or 5 shall cease, to the extent not already paid or provided.
