Common use of Covenants Binding Clause in Contracts

Covenants Binding. All of the terms, provisions, and obligations contained in this Agreement shall be binding upon the City and Developer. Notwithstanding anything set forth in this Agreement to the contrary, during the term hereof, the Project and Project Site shall be subject to this Agreement, and any development of any portion of the Project and Project Site shall be subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
