Common use of COVENANTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF BUSINESS MANAGER Clause in Contracts

COVENANTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF BUSINESS MANAGER. During the Term, Business Manager shall provide all Management Services which are necessary or appropriate for the day-to-day administration of the nonmedical aspects of Practice's operations (including the Dispensary Business), including, without limitation, those services set forth in this Article IV in accordance with all laws, rules, regulations and guidelines applicable to the provision of Management Services.
