Common use of Covenant Not to Sue Clause in Contracts

Covenant Not to Sue. Plaintiffs agree and covenant, and each Settlement Class Member will be deemed to have agreed and covenanted, not to sue any Released Party with respect to any of the Released Claims, or otherwise to assist others in doing so, and agree to be forever barred from doing so, in any court of law or equity, or any other forum.

Covenant Not to Sue. Plaintiffs agree Plaintiff agrees and covenantcovenants, and each Settlement Class Member member will be deemed to have agreed and covenanted, not to sue any Released Party with respect to any of the Released Claims, or otherwise to assist others in doing so, and agree to be forever barred from doing so, in any court of law or equity, or any other forum.

However, nothing herein is intended to restrict any Settlement Class Member from contacting, assisting or cooperating with any government agency.

Settlement Class Members are not precluded from addressing, contacting, dealing with, or complying with requests or inquiries from any governmental authorities relating to the issues raised in this Settlement.

Plaintiffs Plaintiff and each Final Settlement Class Member agree and covenant, and each Final Settlement Class Member will be deemed to have agreed and covenanted, not to sue any Released Party with respect to any of the Released Claims, or otherwise to assist others in doing so, and agree to be forever barred from doing so, in any court of law or equity, or any other forum.

However, nothing herein is intended to restrict any Settlement Class Member from contacting, assisting or cooperating with any government agency.

Plaintiffs agree and covenant, and each Settlement Class Member who has not opted out will be deemed to have agreed and covenanted, not to sue any of Released Party Parties, with respect to any of the Released Claims, or otherwise to assist others in doing so, and agree to be forever barred from doing so, in any court of law or equity, or any other forum.

Covenant Not to Sue. Plaintiffs agree Plaintiff agrees and covenantcovenants, and each Settlement Class Member will be deemed to have agreed and covenanted, not to sue any of the Released Party Parties with respect to any of the Released Claims, or otherwise to assist others in doing so, and agree to be forever barred from doing so, in any court of law or equity, or any other forum. Notwithstanding the forgoing, this covenant shall not preclude any Settlement Class Member from assisting, contacting, responding to, or otherwise cooperating with governmental, regulatory, and law enforcement agencies.
