Common use of Covenant Against Discrimination Clause in Contracts

Covenant Against Discrimination. Contractor covenants for itself, its heirs, executors, assigns, and all persons claiming under or through it, that there shall be no discrimination against any person on account of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, or military and veteran status of any person, in the performance of this Agreement. Contractor further covenants and agrees to comply with the terms of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. §12101 et seq.) as the same may be amended from time to time.
