Common use of Course Attendance Clause in Contracts

Course Attendance. If Customers have any special requests, including dietary or other health related requirements, Entrust will normally be able to accommodate their needs. However, we will not guaranteethe delivery of special requests and failure to deliver such special requests shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement. This insurance does not provide cover for any personal belongings or equipment damaged or lost. It will also not cover Customers for any injury or damage caused to them whilst undertaking an activity arranged by the Customer with an external organisation.
