Common use of County Child Support Enforcement Clause in Contracts

County Child Support Enforcement. In order to comply with child support enforcement requirements of County, within 30 days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, A-E agrees to furnish and require all Team Members to furnish to the Director a fully completed and executed certification in the form of Exhibit D. It is expressly understood that this data will be transmitted to government agencies charged with the establishment and enforcement of child support orders, and for no other purposes. Failure of the A-E and Team Members to timely submit the data and/or certification required above or to comply with all federal and state reporting requirements for child support enforcement or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. Failure to cure such breach within 60 calendar days of notice from the County shall constitute grounds for termination of this Agreement.

Failure of the A-E and Team Members Attorneys to timely submit the data and/or certification required above or to comply with all federal and state reporting requirements for child support enforcement or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment shall constitute a material breach of this Agreementthe contract.
