COUNTY ALLOWANCE. Employees eligible to participate in the County Allowance for benefits shall continue to receive the County Allowance subject to any amendments/changes that may occur from time to time at the sole discretion of the Board of Supervisors. County Allowance contributions are made on a semi-monthly basis and subject to proration as outlined in subsection 14.F.2. (Proration).β
