Common use of Counterparts; Third Party Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, which may be delivered by facsimile or electronic delivery (i.e., by email of a PDF signature page) and each of which shall be deemed an original, with the same effect as if the signatures thereto and hereto were upon the same instrument. No provision of this Agreement shall confer upon any person other than the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns any rights or remedies hereunder.

This Agreement may be executed signed in any number of counterparts, which may be delivered by facsimile or electronic delivery (i.e., by email of a PDF signature page) and each of which shall be deemed an original, with the same effect as if the signatures thereto and hereto were upon the same instrument. No Facsimile and electronic (.PDF) signatures shall be sufficient to execute this Agreement. Except for Section 6.13 with respect to the underwriters of Registrable Securities, no provision of this Agreement shall confer upon any person other than the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns any rights or remedies hereunder.

No provision of this Agreement shall is intended to confer any rights, benefits, remedies, obligations, or liabilities hereunder upon any person Person other than the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns any rights or remedies hereunderassigns.

This Agreement may be executed by facsimile signatures and in any number of counterparts, which may be delivered by facsimile or electronic delivery (i.e., by email of a PDF signature page) and each of which shall be deemed an original, with the same effect as if the signatures thereto and hereto were upon the same instrument. No provision of this Agreement is intended to nor shall it confer upon any person Person other than the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns any rights or remedies hereunderhereunder or with respect hereto, except as otherwise expressly provided in Section 7.5.
