Counterparts; Telecopied Signatures. This Agreement and any amendments, waivers, or consents relating hereto may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto or thereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. Any signature delivered by a party hereto or to any amendment, waiver, or consent relating hereto by facsimile transmission or by electronic email in Adobe Corporation’s Portable Document Format (or PDF) shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.
