Common use of Counterparts; Telecopied Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Telecopied Signatures. This Agreement and the other Transaction Documents may be executed in any number of separate counterparts and by different parties hereto on separate counterparts, each of which, when so executed, shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery of a counterpart hereto or to any other Transaction Document by facsimile transmission or by electronic transmission of an Adobe portable document format file (also known as a “PDF file”) shall be as effective as delivery of an original counterpart hereto.
