Common use of Counterparts; Multiple Originals Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Multiple Originals. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which together shall constitute one agreement binding each of the Parties. Each of the Parties may sign any number of copies of this Amendment. Each signed copy shall be deemed to be an original, and all of them together shall represent one and the same agreement.
