Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile Signature Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile Signature. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, by original or facsimile (or other such electronically transmitted) signature, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which will constitute one and the same instrument.
