Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile Signature Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile Signature. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when all counterparts have been signed by each of the parties and delivered to the other party, it being understood that the parties need not sign the same counterpart. Any party may execute this Agreement by facsimile or scanned signature, and the other parties will be entitled to rely on such facsimile or scanned signature as conclusive evidence that this Agreement has been duly executed by such party.
