Counterparts; Entire Agreement. This Agreement may be signed and delivered by facsimile or portable document format via electronic mail and in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which shall be deemed to constitute a single instrument. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding among the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions or documents relating thereto. No Party shall be entitled to punitive, exemplary, special, unforeseen, incidental, indirect or other consequential damages.
